Refunds and card orders
To request a refund on a software plan, email [email protected] with the email address on your account, your order reference and a short reason. Software plans carry a 30-day money-back guarantee, and NFC card orders are final. Delivery times and damaged orders are covered on our Delivery & Returns page.
