This page covers delivery and returns for physical NFC business cards ordered from Swft Connect. Orders ship from the UK by Royal Mail, with free 1st Class delivery within the UK and tracked delivery to Europe and the rest of the world.
Processing Time
All custom orders are processed within 5 working days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another email when your order has shipped and tracking information will be provided if available.
Shipping Rates
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail from the United Kingdom (UK).
Tracking information will be provided once the items have been despatched.

Returns
We currently do not accept returns due to the technology involved and the use of personal information. Please reach out to us at [email protected] and we will try our best to resolve any issues you may have.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Questions about delivery and returns
My details have changed. Do I need new cards?
No. Your card opens your digital profile, so when you update the profile, the card shows the new details straight away. A card can also be re-pointed to a different profile or person at any time, with no reprinting.
What if someone's phone does not read NFC?
Every card carries a printed QR code as a backup, so anyone whose phone does not pick up the tap can scan the code instead.
Does this policy cover my software subscription?
No. This page covers physical cards only. Software plans bought on swft.id come with a 30-day money-back guarantee, set out in our Refund Policy.
Can I get a quote for a large order?
