How we handle your data

Swft Connect is provided by Swft Technologies Ltd, registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office under number ZB406804. For contacts captured through a Swft Connect card, the business using the card is the data controller and Swft Connect is the processor. For white-label partners, the partner is the controller for their own clients’ data. A Data Processing Agreement is available on request.

Privacy questions and data requests

To ask about your personal data, or to use your UK GDPR rights of access, erasure, portability and objection, email [email protected] or use our contact form. If your card came from one of our white-label partners, contact that partner first. If you believe your data has been handled improperly, you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
