Swft Connect is the closest direct alternative to wCard.io for a reseller. Both are white-label platforms you run on your own domain, under your own brand, with your own client pricing and no revenue share on it. What separates them is billing, support and hosting. wCard.io charges a plan fee against a seat pool you allocate to clients, and quotes after a discovery call. Swft Connect charges a flat fee with unlimited users, returns a price from a form, and hosts client data in London. wCard.io is the better fit if you are reselling in India, where it is the domestic option and ships cards locally.
A white-label digital business card platform is software a reseller runs under their own brand and domain, selling digital business card accounts to their own clients while the vendor stays invisible behind it. Everything below compares the two platforms on that basis, not as products sold direct to end users. Every fact is dated and linked to the vendor’s own page.
What wCard.io and Swft Connect each are
wCard.io is run by Wcard Technology Private Limited, based in New Delhi and founded in 2021 (Enterprise League, retrieved 15 August 2026). It sells only to resellers and has done since launch (wcard.io/reseller, checked 1 September 2026).
Swft Connect is run by Swft Technologies Limited, registered in London. Its white label works in two directions: a business can run the platform under its own brand for internal use, or a reseller can run it as their own product and bill their own clients.
Both give you a custom domain, brand control over the dashboard and emails, a client management layer, and your own pricing. On those fundamentals they are close.
The partner console, on the partner’s own domain and brand. Every client company and every individual user sits under one login, and none of them is charged as a seat.
wCard.io vs Swft Connect: the reseller differences compared

Where wCard.io is the better choice
It has been doing only this for longer. wCard.io has run a reseller-only platform since 2021, where Swft Connect sells direct as well as through partners. A programme that has done nothing but resale for five years has had its edges knocked off, and that counts when you are putting a revenue line on it.
If you are reselling in India, wCard.io is the domestic option. It is a New Delhi company, its card shop prices in rupees with free shipping inside India (wcard.io/shop, checked 1 September 2026), and its terms put disputes in New Delhi. For a reseller whose clients are all Indian, buying from an Indian supplier in local currency with local shipping removes friction a London platform cannot.
How each platform charges, and what uses up your capacity
wCard.io charges a fixed reseller plan fee that carries "a seat pool you allocate across individual users and companies" (wCard help centre, checked 1 September 2026). The upside is a known ceiling: if your clients are small and stay small, capacity you have already bought is simple to plan against.
A seat is consumed differently for the two client types. An individual client uses a seat when that person is active. A company client takes its whole allocation the moment you assign it: "For companies, the seats you assign are reserved from your pool immediately, even before the company adds any users" (wCard.io reseller page, checked 1 September 2026).
So giving a new company fifty seats removes fifty from your pool that day, whether or not anyone signs in. Guess high on a client and you quietly lose the headroom you needed for the next one. Guess low and you are back in the dashboard every time they hire.
wCard.io’s own pages do not agree on this, and it is worth asking them directly. The seat pool above is what its help centre and reseller page describe. Its pricing page tells resellers something different: that they can "create and sell unlimited premium digital business cards to your clients" (wcard.io/pricing, checked 1 September 2026). A seat pool and an unlimited allowance are different commercial models, and which applies to a given reseller plan is not published anywhere. Get it in writing before you sign, whichever platform you choose.
Swft Connect charges a flat platform fee and does not charge per user, so onboarding a client costs nothing in capacity and there is no seat budget to forecast.
Neither vendor publishes a reseller price, and nor does anyone else in this category. What differs is how long it takes to get one. wCard.io shows "Request Price Quotation" and routes you through a discovery call first. Completing the form on the white label digital business card platform page returns Swft Connect pricing straight away, with no call in between. Not that it is cheaper, because wCard.io will not say what it charges, but that you can have the number today.
Partner support on wCard.io and Swft Connect
Swft Connect support is one to one and runs from both the UK and the US. Every partner has a route to a named person rather than a ticket queue, across both sets of working hours. It is second-line by design: your clients come to you, you come to us, and they never see a Swft Connect logo, help doc or support chat anywhere in the product.
wCard.io promises a direct support channel rather than a helpdesk, but publishes no hours. No support hours, response time or timezone appear on its reseller page or in its help centre, and its /contact page returns a 404 (checked 1 September 2026).
The thing to test before signing either is who answers at the hour your clients complain. A reseller carries first-line support whichever platform sits underneath, so the question is not whether the vendor has a channel but whether it is open when you need to escalate.
The partner network and private community at Swft Connect
Swft Connect reports 400+ white-label partners across 30+ countries and a 4.8 out of 5 partner rating. Those are our own figures rather than independently audited ones, and they are quoted here on that basis. wCard.io publishes "200+ Active Resellers" on its reseller page, though its own blog put the figure at "more than 90 resellers in 50 countries" in February 2024 and both remain live, so treat that one as a claim rather than a count. Both numbers are self-reported and neither vendor publishes a method.

Every Swft Connect partner also gets a private Skool community for peer discussion and founder updates, alongside the Partner Portal for onboarding, wholesale ordering and roadmaps. Neither platform’s public pages describe a reseller community except this one. If you are the only person in your business selling this product, a room of people doing the same thing is worth more than a knowledge base.
New features ship weekly, with the roadmap visible to partners rather than announced after the fact.
NFC card supply: what each platform can ship you
Swft Connect supplies the cards, so a reseller does not need a supply chain. The range runs from PVC through to 24k gold, production takes five working days (ten for 24k gold), and NFC cards ship worldwide. Ordering is wholesale through the Partner Portal and fulfilment is handled end to end under one company, so there is no second vendor to manage and no stock to hold.
Partners who would rather use their own cards can. Every card carries a re-pointable platform link rather than a fixed profile address, so a partner can source blank cards elsewhere and encode them with links generated in the dashboard. Both routes are supported and the choice is the partner’s.
wCard.io does sell cards, and the difference is geographic. Its shop lists three card types priced in rupees, with "FREE Shipping in India" and no international shipping policy stated anywhere (checked 1 September 2026). Its reseller pages never mention card supply to resellers at all.
Outside India, that means selling a physical product alongside a wCard.io platform involves finding, funding and managing your own card supplier. Whether that matters depends on how much of your margin you expect to come from hardware.
GDPR and where your clients’ data is hosted
Swft Connect hosts client data on AWS in London, eu-west-2. Swft Technologies Limited is registered in London, the ICO registration is ZB406804, and the platform is independently audited and penetration tested.
wCard.io names DigitalOcean as its host and publishes no region or country (wcard.io/legal/subprocessors, checked 1 September 2026). Its company jurisdiction is India, with disputes heard in New Delhi. It publishes no compliance credentials: its security page returns a 404, and SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA and penetration testing appear nowhere on its site. Its privacy policy’s security commitment reads in full: "We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect Your Personal Data, We cannot guarantee its absolute security."
This matters more to a reseller than to an end user, because of who carries the obligation. For contact data captured through your branded platform, you are the data controller and the platform is the processor. The privacy notice your clients see is yours, and you are the one who answers when a client asks where their prospects’ details are stored. A Data Processing Agreement is available from Swft Connect on request, and organisation-level isolation keeps each client’s data separate.
When a client in a regulated sector asks that question, you want to answer with a country and a document rather than a support ticket.
Migrating existing clients from wCard.io or any other platform
Swft Connect runs the migration for you at no extra cost, from wCard.io or anywhere else. You hand over the client list, the accounts get built, and your clients keep working. There is no per-client charge and no separate onboarding fee. wCard.io’s pages do not describe a migration service either way.
That matters even if you are choosing a first platform, because it is the cost you would face later. Re-creating every client company and every user by hand is the reason most resellers stay on a platform they have outgrown.
The rest of the setup is quick on both. Swft Connect launches the branded platform the same day, includes setup and training at no cost for new partners, and runs with no minimum commitment, 30 days’ written notice either side and a 30-day money-back guarantee on the software. wCard.io says most resellers go live in under a day.
Why choose Swft Connect over wCard.io?
Choose Swft Connect if you want a price today, no seat arithmetic, and a straight answer when a client asks where their data is held. Pricing comes back from a form rather than a discovery call. The fee is flat with unlimited users, so taking on a client costs nothing in capacity and there is no allocation to forecast. Support is one to one across UK and US hours. Client data sits on AWS in London, under a UK company registered with the ICO and independently audited. Cards are supplied and shipped worldwide at partner wholesale, so there is no supplier for you to find, and existing clients are migrated across at no extra cost.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a developer to launch a white-label platform? No. On Swft Connect the branding, domain, colours, app name and system emails are all configured from the admin panel with no developer work, and a branded platform launches the same day. wCard.io says most resellers go live in under a day. Neither asks you to host or maintain anything yourself.
Will my clients know the platform is not built by me? No. The dashboard, login domain, public profiles, wallet passes and system emails all carry your brand, and every profile reads "Powered by [your brand]" rather than Swft Connect. Your clients come to you for support and never encounter the platform vendor at any point.
Can I run the platform in a language other than English? Yes. Swft Connect has 10+ languages live and any additional language can be requested. That matters if you resell outside English-speaking markets, because your clients’ dashboards and public profiles need to read naturally to their own customers, not just to them.
Can I offer my clients CRM integrations? Yes. Swft Connect connects to Salesforce, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Dynamics 365, Zapier and webhooks, so leads captured on a client’s profile land in the system they already use. Usage beyond the included free allowance is charged on use, so a heavy client costs more than a light one.
wCard.io vs Swft Connect: the short version
The points this comparison turned on:
- Getting a price. wCard.io asks you to request a quotation, then routes you through a discovery call. Swft Connect returns pricing the moment you complete the form.
- What you pay for. wCard.io charges a plan fee against a seat pool, and a company client takes its whole allocation the day you assign it. Swft Connect charges a flat fee with unlimited users and has no seat model.
- Support. wCard.io promises a direct channel but publishes no hours anywhere. Swft Connect is one to one, across UK and US hours.
- The partner network. Swft Connect reports 400+ partners in 30+ countries and runs a private community. wCard.io self-reports 200+ resellers and publishes no community.
- Data and compliance. London, AWS eu-west-2, ICO ZB406804 and independent audits, against DigitalOcean with no region published and no compliance credentials on the site.
- Cards. Supplied and shipped worldwide at wholesale, against a shop priced in rupees that ships inside India.
- Existing clients. Migrated at no extra cost from any platform. wCard.io does not describe a migration service.
Choose wCard.io if your clients are all in India, where it is the domestic supplier, prices in rupees and ships locally, or if five years of reseller-only focus outweighs the differences above.
If you are weighing the two against your own client base, the white label digital business card platform page returns full pricing as soon as you complete the form. Direct plans, if you are not reselling, are on Swft Connect pricing.
